Wilson Famous Blue Ribbon Meats

When you are a food store and want business you should never sell food that look like this. I was so happy and was sure that I was coming back to get more.....but after I got home and started putting my meats up I almost had a fit... then on top of all that alot of my legs was cut in half...I can't with them people spend money with you and this is what yall think is ok to sell.....

I like this spot but there is one issue. Employees including management, closes the store 5 to 10 minutes early. This is the second time I was let in the door a few min before close. Got my item and were told the only person that could grab me a case of quarterleg was gone and they couldnt ring me up. That's whack and needs to be corrected

I had an opportunity to go to this meat market !! My aunt had told me about for years ! I made breakfast and had purchased their turkey sausage, it was awesome!! My husband loved it best sausage! I also purchased the chicken salad great !! This will be my new meat market!! I wish they had 1 day of the week they were open until 7pm.

The store is well managed, the meat's are perfect. The butcher cut my prime rib exactly how I asked him to do.The prime rib was like butter it was delicious. I will get my meat's there from now on. The cashier was very friendly.

I went to Wilson's Meats on 05/01/2021 to purchase a case of chicken wings along with my sister. When we got home to separate the order, the majority of the chicken was purple I called the store and spoke to the manager Leroy who told me they sell the chicken as is. He said that there are no refunds or exchanges. We asked him to call the owner John. He said we could return the chicken for a refund but we couldn't come there again. I don't want anyone to buy cases of chicken that is purple. Neither the manager nor owner cares about the food they sell

They sell cases of chicken wings which is nice. Their lunch meat area is great. They allow u to sample new meats if you ask and are very considerate when packing your cut items. I usually go here for about 1lb beef bacon and 2 lbs of turkey bacon. They package it so nice. The cheese here is great and taste like real cheese. The checkout lines are pretty quick and I like that they have lamb and other cuts of meat that you can't usually find at other stores.

Very disappointed with this location...went on their website and a case of chicken wings were priced $64.99. Owner wouldn't honor the price said it was Google fault the price $69.99. False advertisement!

The only good things here that we purchased were: the lunch meat and roast.. Everything else was average and the customer service was below that! Not a single employee look pleased to be there, so imagine how I felt?! Anyways, WILL NOT be going back! When the whole ordeal was said and done, I didn't feel good about spending my hard earned money there! Good day..

The coldest meat market Ever but by far the most economical affordable prices for meat. I love the assortment they offer. Their hours are 7 AM til 7pm very convenient most days. They offer lunchmeat, make hoagies & specialty trays.I love their buffalo chicken salad, chicken-apple sausages, meatloaf mix and pork sage sausages. They have ice in bulk and it's super crunchy..I always grab a case of ribs for barbecues. Lastly the staff is warm, inviting & knowledgeable..I've been coming here for over 17years, the Aramingo store is closer since I moved but I love the Rising Sun location specifically for the meat selection.

Been going here since it opened. Prices are much higher than before and fresh meats and other things usually not competitive. Biggest problem is the lunch meat counter. Ticket machine always empty and then people begin to argue over who is next. Fill the ticket machine and post a sign refusing to serve without a ticket. I have walked in three times and walked out without buying anything because of this issue. A real problem and I will give one more chance before going elsewhere. Should also be an express line for people wanting only 2 or 4 lunch meats. Some people order over 10 things with only one person serving customers!
