Found WilTech through a Google search and I am so happy that I did. Great selection with that personal touch that is lost when you buy from Amazon or go to a "Brick and Mortar" store. I needed a computer that ran Windows XP for and old software program that I have used since 1993. I had written a program using macros that only worked on Windows XP and lower. When my old computer fried itself I needed a slightly used one to load the backups onto that I had made on external hard drives. That is when I found Bill and his great store. Fair prices and personalized service....that's WilTech Computers.

Purchased a refirb'd Dell Latitude E6410 w/Intel i5, Windows 7 Pro. Bill runs a clean shop. The store is well organized and the products are nicely displayed and clean. I didn't see any klunkers. Bill is a sole proprietor (who has been in business for a number of years) and is very patient and helpful and will let you try out any laptop he has to your (reasonable) satisfaction. If he doesn't have anything on display that will suit your needs, he'll "check in the back" for one that may (he doesn't try to push just the ones on display). Value - I've shopped around (mostly on-line) and I believe Bill offers his inventory at better than average prices. IMHO, you may find a better price on-line, but there's always that risk of "am I getting what I think I'm getting," and if it isn't, the hassle of returning it, getting a replacement or refund (and possible restocking fee) and all of the time spent doing it. Personally, I'm a believer of supporting our local business as well, so this purchase aligned with my values quite well. I would definitely make another purchase from WilTech Computers, Inc.

Sold me a computer that wouldn't connect to the internet blew 200 dollars and three hours wouldn't recommend.
