The process was quick and straightforward. Phil did all the work and I was able to confidently request changes for the house that I purchased. His thoroughness and skills made sure that my new home was safe for me to move into. Would absolutely recommend him and I will use him in the future when I need to sell and buy.

Win did a whole home inspection for us prior to a home purchase. The inspection was thorough and well documented with photos and recommendations. David the inspector noticed a small leak under the sink and tightened the nut which appeared to fix the leak. To me that's going above and beyond. It was unexpected and much apprecitated.

I’ve used Win Home Inspections many times. Phil and Tau are amazing. Adele in the office has great customer service with me and my clients. Everyone is very responsive. Inspections are simple to schedule. They consistently arrive on time to conduct the inspection. The final report is well organized, easy to read, and supported with ample photos. They turn around the report within 1-2 days; often same day. I recommend them fully!
