What I liked: They had a good selection of things to do, like ping pong, connect four, and a bunch of board and card games. The drinks were also pretty cheap. They also had a lot of food options. The aesthetic was nice enough. What I didn't like: Parking sucked, but that's to be expected in midtown. It was pretty cramped inside. The ping pong table in the middle of the room was awkward. I'm also not really a fan of Oh My Gogi since they changed ownership and changed all their recipes. Bottom line: Winbern Hall is a good place to chill, snack, have a few drinks, and play some games. I wouldn't recommend driving or bringing large groups though.
First time being there. Classic games, pretty good food, love the scenery and the staff is just pure satisfying. I'll definitely recommend to a friend.
Although the prices can be high $5 for 6 dumplings as an appetizer...oh boy, the customer service is amazing! My favorite off the menu would have to be the OMG! Fries, complete with melted cheese and Korean beef. Also while you wait, or if you choose to eat there, there are many different attractions, such as ping-pong, giant Connect4, giant Jenga, and multiple free 2-player arcade games More than 60, I believe. Also...I think one of the employees is pretty cute. Sweet personality, constantly asks us if we're okay and even gives us drinks on the house! If he reads this, oh dear... Seeing him really makes my day. They're closed on Mondays, sadly. But I always come with my best friend on Wednesdays at around lunch time. They are surprisingly not packed during lunch time, but I bet they're packed on Friday and Saturday nights. Not many of my friends know about this location, probably because it's a little hidden. Just know when you see a giant Domo mural and "Spicy Girl" Korean restaurant? I don't know, but they're more expensive next door, you're there!
Super chill and relaxing. Love the outdoor patio. They have live music a lot of the time. Bar tenders were friendly! Don’t miss all the games inside and upstairs giant connect 4, board games, old style video games, ping pong table, etc They don’t have a lot of different types of alcohol which is sad but the food is pretty tasty!
Very yummy!!! Here’s what my plate looks like after my food because why would I judge this place before I chow down?!?!
Pretty pathetic. I had only come here during the day, this was my experience at night. Service was mediocre. The serving size I got at night was much different than during the day. The fries were served on a small french fry paper tray vs on a large salad bowl they use during the day. Tables were dirty and chairs unorganized. Payed for extra sauce and didn’t get it also *always* happens during the day & at the oh my gogi truck My fries were not hot, the cheese was still cold and not melted, there was too much potato for the meat, and they didn’t even have a single small bottle of Salsa Valentina. Kind of unbelievable in a restaurant. Every time I come during the day they have the big bottles of Valentina lined up Not coming back to the restaurant or the truck because I make better fries at home with all the sauce I want
I came here to pick up kimchi fries. Parking sucks. But once inside, the place is pretty nice. It's good for like, a third date. Old style video games, junky but tasty food, plenty of wood and cute lighting. I liked it.
Not sure if the guy taking my order was drunk or what. I ordered a tofu dog and falafel tacos. Mentioned my husband and I were vegetarian. After waiting for a bit for our food. He finally came walking around and claimed that he could not find us in this tiny place and was going to have to remake our food. He brought us a meat hot dog. My husband took a bite and realized what happen. Not cool. Other than that screw up, I liked that it wasn't packed. We stayed for like 3 hrs drinking and playing. Had a blast. Would go back, but be a bit more cautious about the food. ALSO they were our of kimchi.....kinda the whole reason we wanted to try the place.....-_-
Awesome restaurant!! Love their food and ambiance are the best! Friendliest staff around and we've been there as a family for dinner and just for drinks and again awesome service and amazing food all around!! Trust me this is an absolute must go!!
I absolutely love this place. The food is fantastic. They have old school video games. The only thing I can say negative is a complete lack of after food sweets. No dessert. Otherwise, it's definitely a favorite.
