Winchester Handgun Range

Great place to shoot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A very relaxed atmosphere. You have to buy and use their ammo. For me that is not a problem, I use Winchester ammo all the time. The only reason I gave them just 4 stars is because the open hours are terrible.

Positives: knowledgeable and helpful staff. The ammunition is fairly priced. There are different bullet weights to choose from among the popular defensive handgun calibers. Negatives: there’s not a wide variety variety of targets to choose from. You have to use their ammunition. Sunday hours are short.

This has to be my favorite place I have been shooting before. The staff there is very knowledgeable on their handguns, and take safety as a priority. I have never had an issue there with any of their firearms, as they take very good care of them. The staff is fair to everyone and willing to answer any questions you have. They will also help with pointers if they see a way you can improve your shooting technique.

Not a bad outdoor range however lacks anything besides glocks to rent and can't bring your own ammo

Don’t know they don’t allow any other residents except for Illinois residents to bring your handguns into this state so I don’t really know
