Bill and the Window Wears team was informative, patient, responsive, and provided great advice especially on colors and texture throughout the entire process of buying shades. And now that the shades are installed, they have completely transformed both rooms. The shades look amazing, brighten the rooms, and are so convenient to use. This company is fantastic. We had our H&D roller blinds installed five years ago, and they are beautiful and have made our apartment lovely. This week, I needed to have two of the blinds removed because we were having new windows installed. I called Mike, the owner of Window Wears, for advice as to how to uninstall the blinds. He was great over the phone and took me through a step-by-step process on how to do it. I had one glitch, however, with a stubborn blind that would not pop out, so he came over to my apartment and did it himself!
