We recently replaced windows and a sliding glass door. We immediately felt the difference in temperature inside our home. Eric and Renaldo were professional and polite installers. They cleaned up after themselves. Chris Browning answered our questions and walked through the process with us at our own pace. And Candice was also helpful with answering any other question that came to mind.

This was our second window experience with WW,. We were once again very pleased with all aspects of the sale, scheduling and quality of installation as well as the quality of the windows. I chose this time to order because of the new pricing package that included free installation.

We recently purchased a French door to our deck. Steve and Candice helped us through the shopping, selection and ordering processes, all of which were seamless and smooth. We were told up front that the lead time would be longer than usual owing to the supply chain wows that have been in the news for quite some time. All good so far. Unfortunately, the door wasn’t delivered by the time we reached the projected delivery date. Shortly thereafter, I began communicating with Mark. It took some pushing but Mark was finally able to get us a true delivery date which would be about 3 months after our order had been placed. This time, the door arrived in his shop and Mark called me to arrange for the installation. The Window World installer team arrived right on schedule and immediately measured to confirm that they had proper fitting parts in the truck. Lo and behold, the frame was the wrong size and the installation didn’t proceed! Back to the drawing board with concerns mounting about our decisions. To their credit, the Window World team proceeded to locate the correct sized door and get an order with expedited deliver placed. 3 weeks later, Mark called to schedule the installation. Knowing that we’d been waiting for going on 4 months, they scheduled the install for the next day. Once again, the installation team showed up at our home on time……and this time with the door that fit! Window World’s guys communicated well, were polite, considerate and consummate professionals. They removed the existing door, installed the new one in a neat, clean and secure manner, they clean up the job site deck and family room, showed me how everything worked, gave me the keys and headed home. The workmanship was excellent, the timing was perfect, the door and its hardware and framing are exactly what we had been looking forward to. In the end, we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with the Window World team. Yes there were hiccups but those were handled well. We are happy to recommend them without reservation.

Easy and friendly to work with. Instillation took all day but they were meticulous. Very satisfied
