If you are looking for a quality company call Window World of Omaha they did a fantastic job. Brandon was our installer and he did the most amazing job and I want to thank him personally for the quality of work that he did for us. Window world did a satisfactory job. Eric was the installer and did a great job. My only complaint is they didn't include in the price the inside trim for the door and windows of the house. Make sure you ask them if the trim is included on the price. Overall I was satisfied with the work, they came when they said they were going to, and completed the job.

Very frustrated. We ordered a custom built patio door one year ago. Things were behind, we were initially told it would be here in January. I follow up every couple of weeks and every time I am told it will just be a little bit longer or it got shipped to a different warehouse for the tint or I’m sorry it’s not here it depends on the manufacturer or it’s later than we thought and it just keeps going. I don’t feel like this is normal, as if somebody didn’t do their job. In the meantime, we are still holding out patience because we really want this patio door. Just very frustrated. UPDATE: They have been in touch with me and the customer service has been wonderful. We will be getting the door soon, we are very excited.
