If there was an option to give zero stars I would. This company is ridiculous. I had purchased a sweater dress in a small and went to exchange it for a bigger size medium. Same dress, same style, same color, same everything. When I got home and tried it on I decided that it just doesn't look nice on me at all so I went to return it for a refund and the store manager tells me I can only get store credit because I already did an even exchange. Which doesn't even make any sense at all since I just exchanged it for a bigger size only and I'm also returning it within the days it states on the receipt. She stated that's their policy. Nowhere on their receipts, in-store or online states customers cannot receive a full refund if they already exchanged the item as an even exchange. She refused to refund my money and put it in a gift card. This is ridiculous, and unfair to customers especially if it doesn't even state that on their policy and it was terrible customer service as well. It's extremely upsetting especially when I've been shopping here for years and never had a problem. You guys basically took my money.

Worst experience returning an item at this Windsor store. My wife bought a dress for my daughter, which had damage on it. During checkout she was given a 15% discount. The person checking out did not explain that the sale would be final because of the discount. I go to return the dress and the store manager says I can't return the dress. I explain to her we were not told that the sale would be final. To which the store manager replies; and I quote her - "Did you ask if the sale was final?". What an awesome way to insult your customers! Then she says - "The person who checked out the dress is the co-manager of the store; there is no way, she would not have told your wife that the dress would be non-returnable because of the damage discount". Now that you are done being rude, accuse the customer of lying. What is even better is that the store manager was doing all this, while she was training a new store clerk. She seemed to think that she was showcasing a great example of how to deal with customers. I was not rude to her at all. In fact, I bought another dress for my daughter at the store. At no point I demanded a return. I was just trying to tell her, that they made a mistake at the time of selling us the dress, by not being explicit that it would be non-returnable. She could have been polite about it and still not accepted the return. But, instead she put up a master class in how to treat your customers in the worst possible way. Kudos to this boss lady store manager - She will go a long way!

Best Windsor store I ever been to. It’s big and has enough dressing rooms. I also want to thank Kayla for being patient and helping my sister and I pick out NYE outfits. Thank you so much!

My daughter will only get her dresses from Windsor had to buy 3 dresses and knew exactly where to go!! Great dresses and even better customer service!! Great shopping!!

Manager Becky was amazing. She has a keen eye for fashion and a big heart for her customers. She helped my daughter find her prom dress when we were disheartened after a long day of shopping at pricey stores. Beautiful choices, great customer service!

Love this place, beautiful clothes, great deals on clothes. Cute shoes, very cute jewelry. They have great covid practice. They make sure their area is wiped down, they make sure people social distancing and they make sure people wear their mask. I would highly recommend.

Blonde tall manager seems to hate her job. Always in a bad mood and very hard to approach. Do better please you work with people.

They have one of the greatest Tailor's in ct, his store is "Classic Mens Wear", a keen eye for tailoring and Excellent customer service.
