Quakerbridge Windsor is my home store, but I am writing my review based on my online experience because they did not have this particular dress at any of my local Windsor stores. I recently got married on 11/26/22 and I had all my girls purchase their bridesmaids dresses from Windsor. $58!! Such a steal We had a beauty and the beast themed wedding so our bridal party wore navy. The dresses from Windsor were a beautiful navy jewel tone with velvet material and it was so perfect for the time of year. My girls had various body types and this dress looked stunning on all of them! My rate is 4 stars because the bridesmaid dress started to sell out online and I had to resort to buying it from 3rd party sellers so all my girls could match. When you find something you like act fast because they never restocked the gown so I was lucky enough to find it from other sellers. I’ve purchased dresses from Windsor for many of my wedding functions including my bachelorette party and bridal shower. I always recommend Windsor to any person who needs a great dress for a great price for any event. Thanks Windsor!
I went into the store and found the cutest dress. I looked fantastic in it, I felt confident, I loved it and I knew i wanted it. I called my mom, and she told me that it looked great, but I needed to check the other stores for a dress to make sure this was the one before i bought it. Fair enough, she was the one paying for it. I brought the gorgeous dress up to the front, and asked a worker to please put the dress on hold. She told me that she would hold the dress for me until 6 when they close. I told her Id most likely be back in 20 minutes to buy it, I just had to do something first. She told me to take my time and that the dress would be waiting. I left the store and went to the other stores, finding nothing i liked nearly as much, and all of 20 minutes later come back to buy my dress from windsor. I wait through the entire line which was at least 10 minutes long, and I get to the front where I ask to buy the dress that had been on hold for me. The worker opens the closet where they keep the on hold dresses, and I can’t see it. She checks around her and turns to me to tell me “oh sorry we must’ve sold it already” and that I must’ve been beaten to the dress. she then told me “maybe you can try a large” after i told her that the size I had on hold was an XS. I told her that wouldn’t work, and she told me to look online, and when I did, the dress was SOLD OUT. i now have to find a dress for homecoming that is as perfect for me as that one was. It was literally my dream dress, and the only reason I left it was because that was my moms terms. The woman had ONE JOB. ONE JOB. to hold that dress for thirty minutes and “oh someone else must’ve taken it” was all she could say. Completely unbelievable. Id give it a 0 star review if I could because of how mad I am. Horrible customer service. Do better.
10.29.22 - I was at the store around 5:00 pm. I went up to the register to purchase a skirt and I'm waiting for the cashier to finish talking to the other sales associate. After the sales associate goes back to the sales floor I'm still waiting for some form of acknowledgment from the cashier. If she would have communicated that she needed a moment before she could ring me up I wouldn't have mind, but she seemed to be doing everything to avoid me. I finally ask her if it would be a while before she could ring me up, and with an attitude she replies "I wasn't ready for you yet." Maybe she was having a bad afternoon but there are better ways to communicate with your customers. There was no need for that.
We had a great experience at Windsor! The manager Sabrina was fantastic... she was literally sweating helping us search the entire store for my daughter's dress. Everyone was helpful, the prices were terrific... we'll definitely be back:
The dresses are very nice and very cute. But I had to give it 2 stars for the horrible customer service. The staff is rude, especially when you ask them to pull a dress down that is high up and the way they talk to you is beyond disrespectful and they’re very reckless with the items you’re purchasing just throwing them in the bag rather than folding them same with the shoes.
Not going to lie, this past summer, I was prepared to leave a one star review. We were ignored and it seemed that we were bothering the staff to get something from a higher shelf. Windsor is my daughter’s fav store. We usually hit Freehold LOVE the staff there and Woodbridge staff is hit or miss, but we were in Quakerbridge for another store and I agreed to try it one more time for her NYE dress. We lucked out and got a manager. What a difference! She was soooo nice. Even offered to get a dress from another store or to be held at another store if needed. Very attentive and encouraged me to try on something that was out of my comfort zone so glad I did. Definitely will be back every time I hit this mall :
New manager is so attentive & listened to my past complaints. The only thing I disliked before was the staff & Im sold on the changing of this. Dresses are gorgeous. Got my bridesmaids dress for half what I expected & is gorgeous.
dresses are cute, not the greatest quality but they are decent. customer service is terrible however!! staff is very rude, and i have called the store twice now- both times it said i was “first in line” and waited for 10 minutes each time with nobody picking up the phone.
When I first went to the first the staff we very rude and disrespectful. The only reason I am giving the store at least 4 stars was for the management’s corrections the second time I went into the store. She was very respectful and apologized for her staff. Hopefully the store can thrive with management taking control ! Overall the store was neat and clean.
Bought pants from the owner. We’re the wrong size, my wife went to bring them back a week later, with tags still on them. The girl said, no receipt, no exchange. I didn’t even want my money back, as my wife shops there all the time. Owner, you seemed like a decent man, your girl all but threw us out, and wouldn’t even try to get you on the phone. Not good business.
