I had a wonderful time shopping at Windsor. I usually don’t shop here but I thought I’d try it out. Beautiful clothes. I had wonderful staff help me out! Shout out to Devon and Placidia they were very patient and even stayed after closing time to help me pick out outfits. They also told me not to rush and made me feel comfortable. With the clothes I would pick a size up than normal if you’re a small get medium but all in all great experience!

I’d like to give a wonderful thanks too everyone working that day! Great customer service smiling faces everywhere just a great environment! Searching around for something to buy for my lady and Britney I think was her name think she had dark hair but she was cherry on top! Helped me managed to find just the right dress and handbag to match for the occasion I had planned for that night! Let’s just say they went great with the shoes she already had at home waiting! So again THANK you Britney!! You were awesome I def be back to surprise my lady again with help like that!!! Namaste!!

Awful experience with the manager Aristaka. Absolutely unprofessional, rude, spoke to minor about how she felt sorry for her with the mother she had. Rude to her staff members, banging on doors to see if anyone was in them, when people were. Told me they have a no return policy when at the registers it clearly states 14 day return policy. I have honestly never been treated the way I was today. If you hate your job that bad, maybe find a different line of work. Clothes were beautiful but I assure you this location will NEVER get my business again.

I came in last week to look for an outfit for date night and Brittney helped me pick out the perfect one. My boyfriend loved it! I know I wasn’t easy to deal with because I am so picky but she was so calm and helpful!! So make sure when you go you ask for her!

Brittney helped my daughter and I find the perfect dress for her junior prom. We had visited several other stores and were unsuccessful. Once we visited Windsor the sales associate helped us. She went as far as going around on her own and gathered dresses that were to my daughters liking while my daughter was in the fitting room. To be honest we probably would not have found the one we did if it was not for Brittneys help. She is a gem when it comes to customer service and those things should be recognized in todays work environment. We will definitely return!!

Terrible service and awful attitude. Waited at the desk for help and when the manager finally came she was very rude and disrespectful. The manager had an attitude and was very difficult in the exchange. She needs to be fired, security was called, I had never had an experience in all my 54 years as awful as this exchange.

Where do I begin! I didn't even have the chance to shop before experiencing an issue. As my mother and I entered the store, I overheard on one of the employees' walkie talkie that "two women are headed towards the back" referring to me and my mother. So, I turned right back around, and as we were leaving, I heard again on the walkie talkie, "the two women are leaving" and I see a young White girl walking quickly towards the front, but no one approached us . Yes, we are two Black women shopping, but I did not appreciate the simple fact that we possibly were looked at as a "threat". I do not feel comfortable being labeled simply because we are Black because that is how so many issues arise because of a person's assumptions. Especially this day and age, it is not wise because it is a problem that could turn out for the worse, when we are innocent and have no reason to steal that cheap junk. With that being said, I will not be returning to this store and I will be sure to tell others the same.

Went in today everyone working was very nice. Especially the Manager in Training for St.Matthews !!! * Great Customer Service * Great prices * Clean Store * No one in this Windsor was acting like Top Flight Security

Brittney is absolutely amazing! Helped me find the perfect outfit for date night, she never disappoints!

Good but the places sizing could use some work it's really hard to find something that fit you easily if the sizes are just xs/s/m/l/xl.
