I usually have no issues here, but I recently bought a pair of boots, and the heel snapped as soon as I put them on. I reached out to customer service to discuss this, and they told me that since I "wore them" walked from one room to another in them before they snapped, they could not help me. I think that's indicative of poor materials, and I'm disappointed in their customer service. The boot on the left in the photo is the one that snapped inward. UPDATE: the contact they gave me in their response below doesn't exist, so this did not get resolved.
Clearly we let the sales associate know that my daughter’s dress was needed by 5/7 for prom the next day. Asked for expedited shipping. Apparently the associate didn’t put expedited. The dress didn’t show up in time, so today is the day of prom. We had to go to the Fed Ex Facility last minute. Luckily Fed Ex operations manager and team were amazing and took the time to find the dress package. Barely got it in time, due to Windsor’s mistake. Frustrating and stressful, but glad she got the dress finally.
Went in to return dresses and the doors were closed with one cracked open. It was 12:50pm so I assumed they were open and was quickly and rather rudely told they are closed and I needed to leave. I had to ask when they were re-opening which I was told 1pm. There was a woman who was behind me and said ….wow they are rude and if they are closed they need to lock the door. Came back at 1:15pm and they kept yelling that masks were required to enter their store. Honestly never experienced such RUDE employees as there’s a way to go about helping people while getting a message to them. Honestly was embarrassing just witnessing this as I’m in healthcare and can’t imagine treating people like this.
I don’t usually leave reviews and I rarely complain, but my experience at this store was AWFUL! This store was so disorganized and messy so plan to have at least an hour to shop here if you’re looking for anything. The previous reviews about employees is 100% true. have NEVER encountered an employee with such a bad attitude! I understand we all have our bad days, but the way this woman treated customers was astonishing! I had been looking for a particular blouse that I saw on their website, after 30 minutes with no luck, I managed to see a woman sorting through clothes and hanging them up. I politely asked if she worked there, she said “yep” and continued to hang up clothes wouldn’t even look at me, I asked if she could please look at this blouse on my phone and if she knew if they had it in store. She barely glanced at it and rolled her eyes, with a really snotty tone she said “if we had it it would be over there by the pink and white clothes” all of the clothes were disorganized and there were different colored clothes scattered through out the store. I said thank you and continued to browse the store. While I was going through clothes on a rack, this same woman came over to me while I was reaching for the next shirt to look at, but I wasn’t able to do that because she reached over me and grabbed the shirts and took them off the rack and walked away WITHOUT A WORD! After another 45 minutes she came back over to me and pointed to a mannequin where the blouse was, I thanked her but told her that wasn’t the one, she pointed to the bottom shelf and sure enough they were there. Throughout my whole experience there I witnessed her stuck-up attitude and rude treatment towards customers, and couldn’t wait to get out of there. They have great clothes and beautiful dresses, the store has a lot of potential but it’s very clear with the lack of management and employees, that they just don’t care about the store or it’s customers. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody.
An acquaitance of mine that is a single Mom worked for this company at the Oak Park Mall store for a month without getting paid. When she contacted their Human Resources Dept. she was told "the money went into another employees account and she was not going to receive the money." When she contacted her immediate supervisor whose rarely at the store by telephone she was going to resign if she did not get paid for the work she had done, her supervisor told her, "That was a poor excuse to resign from a job." Additionally, other store employees were not customer service focused. An example was one employee spending the majority of her shift in a fitting room on her cell phone, refusing to help other employees, "because she was too busy" on her phone. Needless to say, I do not find this company supportive of their employees. From the reviews, I would say their is a serious lack of oversight by the stores leadership. I would not recommend other young women to seek employment for this company. I definitely would not recommend supporting this business.
This is my favorite store in the whole entire mall except the people who work there. They treat everyone like they’re going to steal don't give you the time of day and no one is ever at the fittings rooms. I realize most of the customers are children but us 26+ year olds need to be treated with a tiny bit of respect. Every employee that I’ve ever worked with over there is awful. Even the manager. wish y’all would learn some customer service skills so I can shop here without being treated like a shoplifter/ a 12 year old.
I went to this store at 6:30 pm. With the hours being shorter due to COVID this time slot was the only time to come in and find 1 thing I needed for a Halloween costume. Instead of walking in feeling confident i was going to find it, i walked in to the music already being turned off 30 minutes before closing time which makes it so awkward. I was barely greeted with a very unenthusiastic "hi". I looked around quickly for the one item i needed and found the one I needed on a mannequin so i politely asked if they had it anywhere else so they didn't have to take it off the mannequin. She couldn't find it anywhere else and seemed very annoyed with me and then i politely asked if i could try the one on the mannequin and she takes it off the mannequin the only reason for my extra star but then says "if you want to try it on you can try it tomorrow. With that response i simply set it back down and left. I didn't even want to be in there anymore with the attitude going on. Will not be returning to this location. Very unpleasant employees. I work in retail so I get it having people in close to closing time but i have never treated anyone with an attitude.
Cute clothes, terrible customer service. Customers don't seem to be a priority in this store. Frequently get attitudes instead of smiles from employees. I've also had to wait in front of the register for 10 minutes to checkout on multiple occasions. I don't expect to be waited on but it feels as if I'm waiting on them instead of the other way around. Would much rather order their clothes online than put myself in such an unfriendly environment.
Seriously love this store and their clothes but- Giving it two stars because I had a dress on hold and when I came back to buy it the lady behind the desk was sitting on her phone. So I said “hi I have a dress on hold” and she looked up from her phone and gave me a dirty look as if I interrupted her phone time and said “I’m not on the clock”. Ok I’ve been working in retail for a few months now and I know that if my boss ever caught me saying that to a customer, I would have to say goodbye to my job immediately. Very rude and very unprofessional!! Also the put back rack by the dressing rooms was completely full. I couldn’t even put my no’s away on the rack because it was so full. There was also little to no one in the store at the time.
I am here once again trying to return a dress it’s currently noon on a Sunday and they’re “short” staff I seen 3 ladies in there and yet not one of them could take a return. I wouldn’t be leaving a review like this if it was the first time this has happened but it’s happened 5 times now and I’m over it. That being said I will not be back.
