Wish I could remember the last name who served me, she was light skin and had long dreads. She was extremely professional and so polite. Even the cook who was making the food was professional, he made sure to toss them wings with care. Lol the place was also very clean and drink station was nice and tidy. I came on a Tuesday at 5pm so that shift did an awesome job. Food hot and fresh.
Everything was HOT and fresh. Wings was crispy and fries was cooked perfect. I ordered Togo but the inside was very clean as well. Great customer service as well. Will definitely be visiting this location again. Spicy Korean is my favorite flavor!!!!
Just came in tonight and the restaurant was short staff. I’m not sure who the lady was behind the counter but her and the other employees did a great job!!! Please give them all a raise!!! We need more people like them working at fast food places. They were all up beat and had a welcoming attitude. Great job! This was my first time coming to this WingStop and I will definitely be coming back all because of my experience. 11pm 8/19/2022 please give them a raise or something to show that you care about their job well done!!!
Where do I begin, walked in waited at the register for 17 mins watching the employees sing dance and curse look at me . I finally walked out after not being greeted. Unfortunately they are the only place open so I ordered my food from the website in my car. Horrible service, or lack thereof. After 30 mins my order isn’t even ready yet. I’m watching employees sit around
Love. Love. LOVE Wingstop. I don’t know if I caught the staff on a bad day today but I feel absolutely robbed! The young lady, working hard; seemed like she had a attitude with me. Could it be that she did not hear me loud enough with her Airpods in on the phone? I don’t know. I placed a takeout order and waited for about 20 minutes before I even attempted to check on status of food, walked in and saw that my order wasn’t even started. That stung me bad. “Can you come make this order real quick” like I said earlier, I don’t know if I came in on a bad time but it was 845-9 pm. I revived only a handful of fries. Chicken wasn’t fried hard like I requested. One of my worst experiences. May take me a few until I come back or have to visit another location. Highly disappointed. Still a lot of love though for Wingstop.
I should’ve read the reviews before ordering at this particular Wingstop. Fries were cold and stale and I ordered a 8pc and got 4. Sweet tea tasted like dishwater but it was the only choice they had. All for $16. I understand everyone has bad days but if that was the best they could do they might as well had to be closed for the day. It was my first time ever having wing stop and my future experiences will be tainted. Bummer for sure!
To start off, I waited 10 minutes for my order to even be taken. There was no other customers in here besides me. To top that off I waited over an HOUR for a 8 piece wing. Which was ridiculous!! 2 of the employees were just in here laughing and having a good Ol time while the other male employee did all the work!! I was beyond disappointed!!. Additionally, someone who ordered before me waited so long she asked for a refund!! This place needs way more coordination!!
Do not order food here! 4 times they have messed up the order including leaving half the food out for a delivery and when you call to tell them they hang up on you. Not to mention they can’t even get their front door fixed on over a year. The thing just hangs on the hinges. Most of the time the food is dry as hell. The only reason we ever ordered is because my son has no taste buds and thinks it’s actually good.

Service and the quality of food continues to deteriorate at this location. Out or ranch, soft drinks, substituting the regular wings with Tyson Wings, barley answers the phone and staffing issues causing delays in simple orders. I place this completely on the owner for not being in the store enough to know how to run a restaurant.
