You get what you pay for, which is clean and efficient service. My eyebrows were very bushy, and were made half the size+very symmetrical within minutes with a nice aftercare balm.

Meh. I wasn't thrilled...it's very expensive and i didn't feel like there was great communication. They kind of just...did what they wanted to my brows, and it didn't seem like they listened when i asked them to trim them and not take too much off. For the high price, i would hope for more dialogue.

WORST threading experience ever. $40 for the ugliest shaped eyebrows by an inexperienced threader who went over the same area 5 or 6 times. Service took forever - could have paid $15 for a much better service elsewhere. What a rip off.

28$ for a brow wax!! Tip not included. Although the staff was pleasant, the price is outrageous for a no frills wax. Will not be back.

I’ve been going to Shanti for the past year for my brows. She is the best. She never does too much. They always look natural. She is also a lovely person.
