Excellent apartment building! Located close to The George Washington University, bars/restaurants, and Trader Joe's. The amenities and staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone moving to the D.C. area.

I just moved out of Winston House after living there for 5 years. Michael and all of the staff at Winston make it an excellent place to live. The location is centrally located with easy walking access to Georgetown, DuPont Circle and Foggy Bottom.

Great building, great amenities! The staff is always friendly and available to help. The manager, Michael Sun, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of both moving in and moving out. Overall, I would recommend this building.

Winston House is a great value for the location and quality, and perfect for students. The staff are terrific and have gone out of their way on several occasions to accommodate us above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended.
