I have been going there since 2017 and they always help me out and fix all my problems!!! And they got the greatest customer service and they are really kind.
I had previously given good reviews here but recently I took two good working phones for screen replacement and both of the phones started having glitching issues. I live far away from the store and brought the phone 3 times for them to look into it. They kept saying they couldn't see the issue and that I should do a video recording of the issue. When I took it a 4th time, I was told there was nothing they can do and blamed the issue on the phone and now we have to get it replaced. It made me realize now that it wasn't a coincidence that the first time I took one of my phones for a screen replacement, people started telling me they couldn't hear me on the phone. Somehow they damaged the voice control. I will no longer go there for repairs.
Brought my phone here last week to get my screen fix. Everything worked fine when I dropped it but when I got it back my face ID would not work. I ask them about it and they act so confused and clueless. It’s cool tho I suspect it’s a fake screen.
They damaged the face of my phone, never warned it could happen. Just needed a new charging pin. Didn't want to replace it. Told me to call and see if the had it come in. Called for a month straight. No one ever answered. I worked during their business hrs. So I was just a__ out.
They did what they promised. Price is a little high but no issues at all they replaced a digitizer aka broken screen promised 2 hours had it done in a bit over an hour. $80
They where able to retrieve photos I've deleted permanently off my MacBook...... unbelievable work these guys have done...the Apple store and geek squad could help me. I highly recommed calling them for any advice and they barely charged me anything. Additional shout out to Mike the Arab white boy that looks like a the actor from wolf of wall street . I asked to get the motherboard of my phone to be replaced with a new one. INSTEAD, they put in a broken motherboard AND broke the screen of my phone. I HAD TO WASTE 3 DAYS OF MY LIFE WAITING FOR THAT PHONE TO BE READY. Yet, in the end, they gave me my phone with a red flare on it. WOW. They were also really rude and inconsiderate because they didn't have the AUDACITY to call me and tell me it wasn't ready. I had to go there 4 times just so that they can tell me it's not ready. I really don't recommend them.
Man wireless hub is one of the best phone places I been to they even let me use one of there phones until my screen was completely fixed an not to mention it was after they where close. I recommend everybody try them out.
Staff was absolutely RUDE!!!! He mean mugged me from the second I walked in, told me a completely different price than what was listed online, and said he didnt have the parts to properly fix my phone o he wouldnt do it. I highly recommend spending your time and money elsewhere. Not a good place
