Wireless Rxx did a great job with my son's phone, fast and the price was good. It was kind of an unusual situation long story but they were flexible. It took a minute or so to find the door -- they are upstairs from Starbuck's across from Whole Foods. I fixed the phone and got a coffee with part of the money I saved from not getting the repair done at the Apple store. :o
Had a great experience at Wireless Rxx from drop off to pick up. My iPad button had jammed and Apple said it was beyond repair and quoted me almost $500 for a replacement. Wireless Rxx fixed the jammed button in less than 24 hours and for a fraction of the cost. Very appreciative!
Quick, responsive service. I went in to have a minor laptop repair and I was helped really efficiently, at a very reasonable cost. Great experience all around. Highly recommend.
This company is not responsible and they are not professional company. Do not trust them if they tell you something , make sure you verify the information first before even accepting or working with them. In many cases they lie. In our case they lied that they spoke to insurance and they have got approval but it was a lie and they are causing trouble for 6 months now. Their manager will promise something and then they just hang up the phone on you or block it. They will keep lying u till they can , and after lying for 3 Mo the, they stop communicating. I do not understand if you don’t want to do something, what you can’t say it is not something you can not do, instead of promising for 3 mo this and then doing nothing ?

Wonderful team, they have multiple stores and sometimes devices will be brought to specialists in other locations. We're able to recover data on my laptop thank you guys
Wonderful team of repair experts, they have fixed my note 8 more times than I can count. They also sell used devices at great prices with warranty, I buy phones to send back home to Ethiopia every summer before traveling. Never had an issue and its been 4 years of doing this. They are honest and fair, speak many languages and give great customer service!
I've used Wireless Rxx a couple of times in the past for small glitches in cell phone / tablets. When my new-ish computer crashed this week, they diagnosed a dead hard drive, but had prepared several great options for me to consider. Now at a very small cost I'm back in business with my computer upgraded. It runs 2-3 times faster than it did when brand new. Great people. Highly recommended.

The owner was extremely helpful in diagnosing my Android OnePlus 8Pro touchscreen issues. I asked for a quote overnight and received a response even before they officially opened for the day. I got my screen fixed same-day and the staff were transparent and communicative through the whole process. I can't recommend them enough.
