One star is way too high for these slumlords. Good luck trying to get them to fix anything, as the owners of the property drag their feet to approve the cost of a repair. Their excuse is always we are waiting for the owners approval. I frankly don't care what the owners do, as my lease clearly states that my business is with WJ Keller, and not the scum bags that own the property. Unsafe jerry-rigging is their handyman's go to around my property. The plaster on the ceiling is crumbling away the plaster on the walls have growing cracks( sighs of sinking foundation). They are quick to send evection notices on the late sewage bill they never mailed out, but never respond to repair request. If they fail to provide needed repairs I suggest withholding rent per 68 Pa. Cons. Stat. Ann. § 250.206; 35 Pa. Cons. Stat. Ann. § 1700-1. Just make sure you save the money in a savings or escrow account as they will sue you for arrears. The owner of WJ Kellar is a nasty women and a filthy bigot, just check her face book. Wait! I will save you the time, here it is. Cant wait until my lease is over! Update: the picture won't load, long story short;Kim believes that people of a certain ethnic and religious background shouldn't share the same constitutional rights as the rest of us. Not sure if the video was referring to Jews or Muslims...

Where do I begin. I lived in a home without an attic window for over a year. It routinely leaked due to poor roof maintenance. The windows didn't stay open, and weren't serviced until our last year of residency (we were there for 3). The landscaping was atrocious upon arrival (but charged to us upon departure). The initial account manager was crass, rude, and did not promptly do anything let alone service, or help maintain our home. Our last account manager Lena was great to work with. Moving on to the formidable, diabolical, Kimberly Bradley. It is a name you probably won't hear, nor will be mentioned, until it is time to depart the property you have rented for several years. She is no broker, she owns this joint, and she'll try to own you with her vitriol too. My suggestion would be to do nothing over the phone and do everything in writing. Also, that deposit they take, know you are owed any interest if it remains in an interest bearing account for more than two years, and within the first 30 days once you procure the home, she has to send you written notification, along with the address, of the financial institution she's holding it with. If she doesn't, by law, she must forfeit it to you. Don't expect a letter if you don't ask. In conclusion, my experience was much like everyone else's. Except Carly's, who is obviously a fraud, but hey, if despair and a robbing of coffers is what you enjoy, feel free to do business with this woman.

WJ Keller came thru for me. I used their property management service. They found a tenant for me and were very thorough in screening the applicant. They were always responsive to my emails and phone calls and always professional. I'm happy with the service they provided and will use them again for any real estate services

""Readers beware! Stay Away From this comany! I REPEAT STAY AWAY!"" Honestly if i could i would give no stars! Worst company i have ever delt with. I never had a problem with any rental company besides Wj Kellar. I was constantly harrased because of one of KIMS (SlumLord) family member lived under me and constantly complained about any movements i made. My AC central air broke several times during the summer and was never fixed! I finally had enough and moved out completely clean out the whole house made it look 10 times better than what it was when i moved in and KIM (THE SLUMLORD) lies and says the house was dirty. And she had to replace everything with my security deposit! They scheme to keep your deposit. They did the same to several other tenants that lived in the building. There rating is really low for a reason! They are horrible! Stay away!

Everyone was very friendly and helped me find the perfect home! They have excellent communication and fixed any issues promptly!
