WM Proud Masonry Restoration

I cannot recommend this restoration company enough. Their attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every aspect of the job was completed to the highest standard. From start to finish, their team was incredibly thoughtful, taking the time to explain each step and making sure I was comfortable with the progress. Overall, a truly outstanding experience. They are working on the building next to my business, they had to put scaffolding over my business as well. When they took my business sign down instead of bringing it into my business open at the time the left it on the side of the street. A local business worker was nice enough to see a homeless lady kicking it down the street days later and returned it. They also put the scaffolding over my bilco doors to my business that will no longer pass fire inspection etc for my downstairs ….wouldn’t they know to ask me this first? They park their machinery outside of my business instead of the one they are working on 2yrs now so my clients have no parking but don’t worry the business they are working on has parking !! Last is my favorite part, they throw ciggs off the roof & trash that set our cans on fire at our back door .

Clean and beautiful work!! So glad we went with Proud. A few bad reviews made me nervous but I noticed they’re mostly noise complaints or neighboring businesses. News flash… construction is loud.

Replaced 100+ year old failing wooden headers above front door and windows. All surrounding brick work was skillfully restored. Removed siding from the wood roof cornice as well and restored it to original condition and repainted. Very satisfied with results.

Reached out to them in June to come by and take a look at some work I wanted to get done. They came in July and said they would get me an estimate and then I never heard from them. I followed up again in October for the quote and they apologized for not getting the quote to me before and thanked me for following up and that they would get me the quote that week. Didn't hear from them that week and then I followed up again a week later asking them if they'd be able to get me the quote or if they couldn't to just let me know so I wouldn't just be waiting...I got no response. Very unprofessional, I had a lot of work to get done and pretty interesting that they'd let that money go...

Can be trusted to deliver high-quality work

i contacted this company to complete a masonry job . stated they could complete. they were informed that the job was time sensitive. they waited until the last day of the week to inform us they were no longer interested. absolutely unprofessional and they do not keep in contact about jobs they are working on. i would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Early in the morning 5.30 a.m. one of drivers with plate # ZFK 1758, lock and block the road with company car, has sighn w.m.proud, with no reason for it. Same crazy driver with same plate #, drove by on highway i-95 aggressive and show to everyone middle finger.
