I went to the store today to get a pair of shoes for my boyfriend for Christmas.  Incredible customer service and BEAUTIFUL SHOES!  The staff was so friendly. Will definitely be back in the future.
This is my first time visiting this store. I loved the Chukka boots so much, I bought two to bring home. Great customer service. I feel like the associates know the products extensively and helped me decide the best fit for me.

I bought my boyfriend a pair of the Monk straps! They are ACTUALLY comfortable - I also bought myself a pair of the sneakers - one of the associates let me know girls shoes are coming soon! YAY!
Waited three weeks for a "repair" only to get the NEW shoes back and they make squishing noises underneath my feat. Do not order the Crossovers. Design flaw, wasted tons of time sending shoes in, waiting for them to be sent back and they arent even fixed.
