This gym is the best on Kearny ave, low monthly fee, & it's always clean. & theirs parking in the back,, this gym was called east side fitness a few months ago it was bought & it is now an excellent gym.

The personal trainers here know exactly what they're doing! Not only did they customize a fitness plan for a beginner like me, but they also actually paid attention to each exercise I did so that I'd have good form. Definitely would recommend to anyone who's looking for more personalized workouts!

Since training with Diego I have noticed a change in not only my body but also mentally! He is so motivating and makes me push the extra mile when I feel like giving up. I give him a 10 out of 10
