Wolfrath's Nursery and Landscaping

I purchased 9 deer apple trees last year and 3 different varieties. At the time of purchase I was told they had a 1 year 100% warranty and 2nd year 50% if the trees died. Long story short all 3 of the Dolgo Apple trees died within the first year. They were all planted in different areas on the property. I brought the three trees in with my receipt and was told they changed the return policy. Instead of exchanging them for three new ones or giving me 100% of the value for in store credit they gave me 60% back in credit. To make things better the lady behind the register was rude. I purchased the trees from you because of the warranty and can say I will not be back to your store.

Tried to be their customer, but got no call back a few years ago when I built my house just three miles away. So I tried again and was told they were understaffed and overly busy to take on a new landscape job. I've gone into their retail location several times since. Selection was fair, prices higher than quality warranted. Pleasant setting and easy location to find. Maybe will try again, even though I am overly busy too.

Great selection of superior nursery items and products. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Wolfrath's is also very supportive of local events in the community. I believe that says a lot about this company and commitment to their customers and their community.
