The Woman's Club of Wisconsin provides its members with philanthropic, cultural, educational, and social activities.

Story

For over 140 years the Woman's Club of Wisconsin has been gathering place for thoughtful and socially-conscious women in the greater Milwaukee area. The Club's Founding members were leaders with foresight who recognized the need to gather for social and intellectual exchange ~ a club for women, run by women.

Housed in an elegant Italian Renaissance clubhouse, the organization is the oldest private club in the city and the oldest women's club in America.

Our historical clubhouse is available for weddings, anniversary parties, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, and all types of celebrations. We always welcome inquiries about our facility.

Such a historic, beautiful place to celebrate amazing women!

We were there for a birthday and family reunuin. The staff was friendly.  Beautiful building.

I drive a neighbor to the lecture series on Wednesdays and we enjoy lunch afterward. 95% of the lectures have been outstanding. Two endowment recipients spoke prior to the lecture last week. They were very thankful for the program that enables them to attend college and both wonderful speakers. Secondly, I have to talk about the food! It is top notch! We have not had one disappointing meal! The building itself is so charming. I wish I'd have been inside years ago! I would recommend this experience to all!

I really enjoyed my experience here and the atmosphere. The service was also very attentive and professional. The food I would say is not the best around, but I think the other positives made it worth the visit. My only major grievance is with the coffee, which was just awful bitter burnt taste

Very classy. Wish the gentlemens lounge had some better chairs but overall great place for any one.

A treasure in the city of Milwaukee. For women in the area, this club offers a place to socialize, network, and hold events.  The building is stunning!

This is a beautiful place. Our lunch was fabulous. Our breakfast was delicious too.
