The staff is pretty great n person. BUT you can NEVER get through on the phone, even if you call 20 times in a day. It literally takes 2 weeks in advance to get through to make an appointment! This has made me want to switch docs and i've been going here for 5 yrs now.

they never answer the phone, however they will spam you with plenty of emails and text reminders, but when you try to actually schedule an appointment they might as well be out of business. i will be looking into changing doctors because this is ridiculous.

I would not recommend this office. Im highly disappointed. I made my 16yr old daughter her first OBGyn appointment at this office. And she won't be returning. The office is not being ran properly.due to covid i would think the office would have better communication within. Save yourself the drama and go to a better office.
