Coach Reese is amazing!  She teaches the mechanics of boxing in a way that someone with two left feet and zero coordination moi can actually follow.  It's a very welcoming environment for people of ages and athletic ability.

Best class in town for girls and women to learn boxing technique from the ground up. Great atmosphere in a very cool space. Coach Reese welcomes and accommodates all!

Trying to just get a membership at a boxing gym and this is so complicated. I click join today on their website and it’s sends me right back to the main page

Reese is the best! Whether you are advanced or never boxed before she will help you make the most of your time! The gym is clean and has everything you need. The members are amazing ladies who all support each other. You really can’t ask for more from a boxing gym!
