Wongs Kitchen

This place has become a staple in my routine as a Brown student. It’s so close to the sciences library and computer science building that I find myself here all the time for a quick dinner/study break. The steam table items have never failed me, my favorites are the general Tso’s chicken and the chicken and string beans. I also get these individually as combos if I’m in the mood for an egg roll. Hibachi Teriyaki meals are alright, nothing to call home about, but they are tasty. The staff is always so so friendly when I go in there and the place itself is really well designed and beautiful. I don’t often have the time, but when I do I love staying there to eat with friends.

If you're not eating here because you have 30 minutes before class and just happen to be a 5 minute walk from it, it's not worth it. 3 stars instead of 2 because their steam table has pretty large portions and the staff are super nice. Don't get their pho–Andrews is better

Last time I came here it was a bit weird I don’t remember asking for takeout when ordering my food, but when they brought it out all the food was in takeout containers. I think that’s the style they have. I didn’t order soup but I do see pictures of soups served in a bowl. Not my cup of tea since I enjoy having a server because of the interaction. I guess you can just get up and go when ever you feel like, and you don’t have to wait for anything since they have a station with utensils and stuff. Enjoyable food and nice appearance inside. If you’re in a hurry this could be a place to go.

Food tastes amazing but is pricey and the quantity of food amount is little. Would have given 5 stars if food wasn't so expensive.

Called in for regular delivery meal. Loyal customer and got mistreated over the phone, arguing with the customer for some petty issue. Will not order again, and definitely do not recommend. WASTE OF TIME AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
