I was given a gift card here and had such a wonderful experience in the store. As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed help. Karen was so friendly, personable and full of knowledge on different products. I tried out a few and never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. The store is bright and full of positive energy. I am happy with my purchase and experience here and will definitely be coming back.

Leah is amazing. My experience with her was my 1st facial and not only was it relaxing, she educated me on my skin, products and services. My skin still looks amazing a few weeks later.

I wouldn't trust my skin with anyone else! Leah is beyond the best when it comes to getting acne issues under control. She took her time to examine my problem areas and helped me come up with a game plan to clear my skin and keep it acne free. She has taught me so much and is dedicated to making each client look and feel their best. Having great skin has changed my overall mood and attitude and I have Leah to thank for that.

She’s amazing, her knowledge of skin is astounding, combine that with amazing care and attention to detail and you have easily the best esthetician in the Charlotte area.
