Wood + Fire Neapolitan pizzeria is a contemporary Italian restaurant focusing on traditional wood fired Neapolitan Pizza among other Italian dishes.
Our “Neapolitan Pizza” is made with “00” Caputo flour imported from Italy, San Marzano Tomatoes , and Fior di Latte Mozzarella. Each pizza is fired in an 900 degree wood oven. Neapolitan pizza is unique and is set apart from any pizza you have ever eaten. Coming hot from the oven, the crust is soft and chewy, and with a little bit of char from the intense heat.
In Naples, pizza is always eaten with a knife and fork, but here at Wood + Fire will be happy to slice it for you!
