My first experience with WPAA was good. They served as my one stop shop for a reasonable vehicle at a decent cost. Negotiations with sales managers were reasonable, and you can test drive the inventory to your hearts content. Also, if you are concerned about vehicle/title history, ask questions. In addition, I would exercise reasonable caution, get a good look at all the mechanical parts for evidence of leaks and rust damage before signing over the title.
The employees at Woodbridge Public Auto Auction in Virginia go beyond and bend over backwards to satisfy their customers! And I have to give a special shout out to Theo who helped make the car buying experience enjoyable! I browsed a few vehicles- and placed a secure Bid- on the company website until I found the perfect vehicle with minimal amount of repairs since I'm not a mechanic. Theo helped with the delivery of the vehicle and communicated with me daily on finding the right vehicle. I am a satisfied customer with a great ride thanks to Theo, Maritsa and the transportation dept to help deliver my vehicle- with minimal repairs- home to me!! Thank you Woodbridge Public Auto Auction for helping me and I'm enjoying my Gold Mercedes Benz M-Class350!
My wife and I recently about 2 weeks ago bought a 2014 Mercedes Benz GL450 and Billy K and Armando made our experience awesome. They are very friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. They both made our purchase transaction go smoothly. We will be returning soon to buy a vehicle for our son. I recently bought a Dodge Ram from Woodbridge Auto Auction. It was a great experience. It’s the absolute fastest you can pay and leave with a car unlike dealers where you stay all day. My Ram needed some work . I knew that when I got it and it’s why it was half the price of one sitting on a dealer lot where the work had already been done . Before you go , you got to get ur head around the fact this is not a dealer . It’s an auction where various entities including dealers sell cars. They have everything from cars that are showroom ready to autos like my Ram that need some work . I am mechanically inclined and live for the excuse to buy new tools so I picked up a Ram for half of what the dealer would have charged after the work was done and now I’m sitting in a ride I got 50%+ positive equity in. If you read the negative reviews you realize these are people who expected a dealer experience and not an auction experience . Auctions are more like flee markets. Some junk but maybe a Picasso or two if you look good. It’s up to you to look good and ask the questions. If you are not capable of that maybe bring a mechanical friend or go to a dealer lot.
Billy Kay made it easy, peasy, lemon squeezy to sell my car and buy a new one thru WPAA. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transfer from old to new. I would highly recommend to friends and family. WPAA has a big enough inventory to keep your options open!
My experience was pretty good at WPAA! Nicole was amazing and served excellent customer service up until the very end! My vehicle was purchased at a decent value, I got a chance to test drive it the only thing I would recommend is getting a good look at the mechanical parts as well just to be sure. My vehicle required some work but nothing too concerning for an older vehicle. If I needed to purchase another vehicle from there, I would. The rest of the staff were helpful and got me in and out as soon as they could which didn’t take long!
I had the greatest experience with Woodbridge auto auction. I came from Baltimore to buy my car and my husband own. We had the best price. Billy is the best of the best!!! He made sure I was happier with the price and even gave me additional discount. The staffs were all friendly. One thing am sure of is that am buying all my cars from there and my family and friends too.
Wonderful customer service. Made everything super easy. They made sure that the car was up to par. And they were very nice Kristin at the front desk was always so nice and had a very pleasant vibe. The two gentlemen at the front who took care of me were also very kind. The whole atmosphere is friendly over all. Highly highly recommend!!

This was my second time purchasing a car from Woodbridge Public Auto Auction lot. Both experiences were pleasant. The staff is honest, professional and friendly. My first auto purchase lasted me 15 years. They have quality used cars at fair or below market prices. This has always been my first place to shop for a car and I've always purchased high-end cars from here.
