Great place. They helped me plane a project at no cost after purchasing some wood. It's comfortable also. Woman woodworkers know how annoying shopping for woodworking supplies can be, but these guys just leave me to my business and don't assume I need handholding unless I ask for help. Recommended.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely rude. Ended up walking out and will go somewhere else to purchase wood trim. The one star I'm forced to give in order to leave this review is completely undeserved.

While the parking lot here is small and difficult sometimes to navigate the convenient location does make this place worth coming to. Great customer service.

Well priced store with great selection of hard to find wood, and specialty moldings. If they don't have it they can find it.

Worst location in Salem. Finally just gave up, if you don't come down the correct street going the right way headed north you can not enter the business location.
