A Colonoscopy can be a stressful procedure, given the importance of following prep instructions exactly, as well as the concern about what will happen during procedure. From the moment I arrived at Woodholme Gastroenterology to the moment I was picked up by my husband to head back home, I had a peaceful and positive experience. Everyone on staff was friendly, respectful and relaxed. Any questions I had were clearly answered. I was informed about results right away, post procedure and never had a moment of discomfort.

Dr. Pandey is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He is thoughtful, understanding, and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and made me feel at ease every step of the way. He is very compassionate and always reassured me, especially when I had to get my first colonoscopy for which I was very nervous. Dr. Pandey has made a treatment plan which has been working great for me! I truly feel that he cares about his patients' wellbeing and quality of life. Additionally, his staff at the Randallstown location are very pleasant and helpful.

The details of my our experience are as follows. Worst experience ever in my 60 plus years of living. I went in for a routine colonoscopy and EGD. The nurse that administried the I.V unfortunately missed the vein in hand and then had the audacity to blamed me for the mishap. Not once apologing for her error and keeping the patient interest in the forefront...perhaps she thinks she's infallible?Additionally, it's my understanding she is the same person that administrated the EGD. With that said, whatever she did gave me extreme pain within my mouth, gums are sore and I have a very bad toothache, I just hope I don't lose a tooth over their error.

Excellent facility and staff !! Dr Tarmin- knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, and personable! Had a great experience all around- shout out to Katie- admitting nurse, Amy- anesthesia, Tonya and Ellie- post op! Special kudos to Tonya- expert IV Queen!

Endocentre of Baltimore made for a very pleasant experience considering what I was there for. The staff are very professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr Calvin Parker is the best, and I'm glad he's the one I trusted to do my procedure.

Don't bother trying to get an appointment here. They do not answer their phone or the email form on their website. There's just a long voice menu and a voice mailbox. No one will return your call. They clearly have no interest in helping people with their health care needs.

Don't know how to feel now. Had/have? best GI doc probably for decade. Last two days important matters, staff rude, short, can't reach one, tried yesterday 2 hrs no answer. Must be going thru a change now dont know how to feel

All the staff were very friendly. I was very pleased with my treatment. Would recommend anyone. Thanks for easing my anxiety.

My experience at the Endocentre was simply great. Nurse Courtney was very attentive to my comfort, since I had to wait on my procedure due to the patient before me. She kept checking on me reassuring that it shouldn't be much longer until they took me back. Nurse Anesthetist, Margie, was most excellent in reassuring me before the procedure she would keep me comfortable, providing a brief and lovely sleep! And the post procedure nurse can't recall her name, was right there to provide me with instructions going home. I appreciate all your staff, and of course Dr Suita and his efficiency and knowledge of his profession. Thanks much!

Very efficient and kind during a high anxiety time. Loved my nurse Andrew and Dr Blum. Wish I had gotten the name of the post op nurse as she was fantastic. Ladies that checked me in were also wonderful.
