I have known Dr.Paul for 20 years. He first treated me in 1997 (I was 29)for 3 bodybuilding shows I did that October. I could hardly walk due to lower back injury I had. He got me through the last 8 weeks prior to these shows. I won my division in two of those shows and took second in my division at the third. I moved to AZ shortly after. Six years later(I was 35) I did 3 shows when I lived in AZ. I took second in one and the other two I won my division. It was very hard on me and I believed I could no longer do these shows or other power lifting meets. Many times it was hard to walk, let alone train competitively. I moved back to MN in 2005. I remembered the results I had with Dr.Zilka, and with a desire to still want to compete I went back to his practice. I found that he started a new technique for adjustments. No hard manipulation, just very light pulses with an apparatus he uses. I was very skeptical of this technique.Honestly, after that first visit, I thought I would not go back, because what he did could in no way be beneficial. I had a power meet that weekend and was truly astounded and the results. It was so unreal, I often won't even share the story because it is so unbelievable, even to me. lol I had benched 375 on the previous Saturday. At the meet I benched an incredible 425 pounds! That is 50 pounds over my max bench in that one week. Trust me, I don't believe it either even though it really did happen to me. I am not writing that you will gain any great strength from this. What I am writing is that I believe you will be able to make the most of the strength you do have. I now believe I was capable of having done that before I went in there. But I believe he connected something in me that allowed me to use that strength that I couldn't on my own. After that meet, I went on to do another 8 power meets, winning my division in almost everyone including best lifter 2x. I went on to do two bodybuilding shows when I was 39 and winning my division in both. My last bodybuilding shows were 4 years ago when I was 44 years old. I did three shows in three different states over 4 weeks and won the super heavyweight division in all three States. These were open to all age groups. I am now 48 years old and I have included a recent picture. Hard to believe 13 years ago I thought I would never compete again, Thanks to Dr.Zilka, my years after 35 were my best! I am considering hitting the stage one more time this summer. We will have to see. The body may age, but the desire doesn't. I have tried many different Chiropractic procedures and this is the only one that ever made dramatic changes for me. Not only is Dr.Zilka a great Chiropractor, but I found him to be a great person over those 20 years. I highly recommend Woodlake Chiropractic.

Paul Zilka is a excellent Chiropractor and I would recommend his care to anyone! He will find what the underlying cause of your problem and fix it!
