Better than home depot

Their door person will never answer his phone, and doesn't return calls. I've tried to get in touch with him for two months and he never calls back. I would not recommend ever using their services as it's very frustrating to keep trying to reach someone and have them completely ignore you.

the worst customer service I have ever experience, can never reach anyone, they do not follow up, received defective merchandise, taking weeks to replace, would never never never use this store again, thier prices are the same as home depot, but the frustration of dealing with them if something goes wrong is horrible
