Woodstock Park

This park gets packed with dogs but the small dog area is not to bad. I would have to say in the large dog park area there was some pretty aggressive dogs but it seems like no one really mind itThe water fountains for the dogs need to get fixed and more trash cans. Has a good amount of shade which is great and It is an amount of grass. It really grinds my gears when there’s a lot of dirt because the dog because very dusty and also Muddy.

Nice park and playground. Not much shade in summer, but the skate park is huge and fun even on foot. Nice covered picnic shelters.

Had never seen the previous version of this park, but visited the new edition for the first time today. My kids absolutely loved the playground, which is massive. Unfortunately, it has no shade at all by 11am. But we will remember that for next time and adjust time or sunblock accordingly. This park also hosts one of the largest skate parks I’ve ever seen. It was packed today with skaters, bikes, scooters, etc. of all ability levels. Would definitely visit again.

We had a work cook out and the shelter area was awesome. Used the grills, you have to bring your own propane but that's expected. Great play are for kids close by and bathrooms were open till 7pm . Beautiful park by the trees. There are a couple of shelters for group events. Children can play at the playground while teenagers can do their stunts at the skate park.

***THE PARK IS CLOSING JUNE 3RD 2019 FOR RENOVATIONS!! This is a great little city park with several separate, yet wonderful portions. This park has a very nice size dog park that's fenced in and provides drinking water, tennis balls and poo bags. There are tennis courts, horseshoes, skate ramps, a play ground with tire swing, monkey bars, slides, and more!! There are restrooms, and huge pavilions with plenty of room for multiple parties and lots of people at once. There's also some trails that lead out through the woods that we love to go walking on and explore!! Fantastic park!!!

I had originally given this park 5 stars because of the dog park, but it has really become overrun with aggressive dogs. There are dogs travel in packs attacking dogs while their owners sit around socializing in their portable chairs instead of watching their dogs. Owners bring dogs that do not like other dogs and do nothing when their dogs attack other dogs. Dogs HAVE been attacked and bitten at this park in the past few months. Dog fights are common as well. There are still some great dogs that come to this park but their owners do not come at certain times of the day. I suggest watching for a few minutes before deciding which side of fence you choose for your dog and yourself. I will change this review again if things change but I don't see that happening unless park officials step in.

Great park! Bring your first aid kit or more first time there and saw someone break their elbow on the skate park side! Was great for the little ones though everyone was respectful and cautious of them!

So much fun for the kids. Great bathrooms, skate park, dog park and walking trail.
