Woody's Ice Cream

Nice local place. Good variety on the menu. The hand scooped ice cream is hit or miss. Some are great others not so good.

I don't know what all the hype and long lines is about for this place. Have anyone ever tasted any other ice cream outside of here? Fell short of all the excitement. We each ordered two (2) scoops after waiting in line for a while and paid a fair price for the area. However, I received what looked like one scoop's worth of ice cream. I confirmed with the employee that it was two scoops and she said yes as though we were insulting her. No longer a fair deal at this point. Walking out someone told us to enjoy because it's the best ice cream around. No...no it's not. It was regular at best, especially for the price and quantity you get. If you actually want good ice cream at a fair price, you can walk next door to Smash'D Creamery, where you'll get a MUCH better experience, a lot more ice cream for your money, and a show as you watch them make it in front of you. I'm not falling for the big hype anymore, it's all Smash'D, Sugar Mama's, or Pop's from now on. Give me a break.

Wasnt the best place for ice cream. Got the funnel cake sundae. I guess it was a funnel cake frozen they just heated up so it wasnt crispy like i had thought. Not worth saying i wont go back. Just wont get the same thing. What threw me off is they werent wearing any hats. Ok its fine its ice cream, but when they leaned down to scoop the ice cream the hair was all in the case and falling everywhere. The staff was friendly and fast.

Good ice cream but they don't know how to stack a cone more than one scoop high

This is the family's go-to place on hot days. They always have the right flavor for everyone. And their staff are the nicest!
