Got a box of 12 as a gift for a friend. They looked nice and pretty. Associate was very helpful as well.
Yummy macarons and fresh cookies baked on-site! -Lemon tart macaron was my favorite. Tart, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside -Strawberry and raspberry macarons were a close second. These cookies have actual jam in the center and truly do taste fruity rather than artificial -Caramel fleur de sel has just the right amount of salt to balance the caramel -Espresso macchiato macaron has so much flavor -Blueberry cheesecake macaron was a pleasant surprise for flavor combinations -The red velvet cookie has a pat of cream cheese on top. So decadent, although a tad sweet. Excellent with coffee! -Chocolate chip walnut was inhaled by my chocoholic husband. He approved!
Finally checked out this place and so glad I did! Nice little kiosk with some lovely cookies. My favorite are the cookies n cream & the honey lavender Def will be getting those again next trip! The cookies n cream is missing from the pic I couldn't wait and ate it before taking the pic lol- In the pic is honey lavender, red velvet, rose, lemon, and blueberry. Check them out!! -Amanda
Awesome macarons! It's located inside the Cambridgeside mall, one of the booths in the middle of the walkway. It's pretty pricy but they're good for a decent Instagram pic
I love Woops! macarons. This franchise in particular carries the freshest cookies I've tasted from the other franchises I've tried. The young man running the cart is so courteous and professional as well. Good stuff!Food: 4/5

I have been coming here with my daughter as it’s a treat she really enjoys for the longest time. We have always bought 1-3 macarons never in larger quantities. However today between 2:30/3:30 blond female refused to serve us. She stated store policy you have to buy bulk. Bad customer service ! No one has ever turned us away because we didn’t buy in bulk.
I was so pleased to find out you can get quality macarons right here in Cambridge! Diana was so great, patient, and helpful while choosing flavors! The variety of flavors was among the best I’ve seen - ranging from fruity to floral to sweet decadent flavors like birthday cake and cookies! I’ll definitely be coming here often!
My sister and I have always loved macaroons, so when we saw a Woops! stand while walking around the mall we were ecstatic. We saw the variety of flavors like Honey Lavender, Rose, Red Velvet, Pistachio, and so many others that we have such a bias to. We immediately went over and we’re helped by the sweetest girl, Samia, and each got the $30 Best Taste Experience. The flavors were amazing, the packaging adorable, and the service was immaculate. We will definitely be ordering from here again now that I have a membership. Can’t wait for the next time we get macaroons!
I absolutely love this place. I pass by everyday and I always go by when Diana is working. She’s the best and she’s so sweet. She makes my day all the time. She deserves the most from this job and deserves a lot of tips. You won’t regret it!!
