I love Workout Anytime. I travel for work and have access to all over their locations 160+ locations. Each location is very clean, well maintained, has a ton of equipment options plus the employees are very friendly. Each location I have visited, I have felt very welcomed by their staff. The members also are amazing! They have all been super encouraging to workout with! 5 stars! If you want a great gym that’s 24 hours, this is the brand to look for.
Workout Anytime goes above and beyond for their members. I enjoy working out in the gym with a variety of equipment to choose from. I always feel like I am right at home when I walk in the door and I am instantly greeted with a smile. The gyms are 24/7 which gives us no excuse anymore. I’m giving 5 stars for convenience, affordability, customer service, and cleanliness.
I've been a gym goer since 1987 and can honestly say the Workout Anytime gym model is best-in-class. Outstanding people with high quality equipment and a very affordable pricing model. Strong recommendation!
Not only are they open 24/7 but they have the cleanest facilities and a friendly staff. I have made it a point during this pandemic to start exercising regular to boost my immune system and Workout Anytime has been perfect for me. I was making all kind of excuses before but I am committed to staying healthy. I would recommend this gym to anyone.
If I could leave less than 1 Star....I certainly would. My membership was cancelled over 3 years ago, and now I have a remark on my credit report. I have spoken with the owner of the Tyrone location on multiple occasions. I have left now....my 3rd VM to your corporate office. This is obviously an ongoing issue as I have read previous reviews. Be wise of who you decide to franchise your so called corporate name to. This is absolutely ridiculous. You have not heard the last from me. Will be paying a visit to the location tomorrow.
I'm so glad I looked for a corporate account, as I have had the same difficulty with canceling in Camden, SC. I am a first responder and I've been on assignments for the past 4 months. Currently in Ithaca, NY I called spoke to owner advised him I was charged and was not in the state he advised me I needed to send a cancellation form. He sent the form to my email and charged me twice after I sent cancelation twice. I was charged in June two times. Very very rude. I am a respiratory therapist helping with Covid and to be treated that way in my local town is a disgrace. The gyms were closed by the governor. I have written several reviews and would never go back. The manager I spoke to was rude as well. I did a dispute with my bank and the refund has yet to be issued. Very disappointed.
HORRIBLE....HORRIBLE......HORRIBLE! I wish I could give negative stars so one star in order to warn others about the most UNPROFESSIONAL and UNDESERVING Gof any business from anyone. I was Uber excited to begin my personal training regiment again and came across this gym. After consultation, contract was signed. It was and has been downhill from there. First, I text the trainer the day before my first session and did not receive a response. Unbeknownst to me, I walk in and was approached by someone else. I was told in a matter of fact manner that he quit and it wasn’t his first time. Yes, I was upset because this is not the guy I was suppose to meet but it does explain the lack of response. During this time I’m under doctor’s care as well and because of my injuries from a car accident, I could no longer continue the training sessions. I in turn emailed the company and received a response from Candace. She responded and states and I quote, “Sorry to hear that Latonya. Hopefully your doctor will release you soon. Once we receive your doctors note, your account will be updated.” This is the last I heard from her. My account is still being charges $320 dollars and I have not trained since February. Also, the card that was authorized is not the card being charged. I have a membership as well. This morning 04/24/19 was charged again. I personally went over to the gym and no one was there to assist and from my understanding, Candace is never in the office. The trainer there happens to be my original trainer’s replacement......really nice guy. He remembers me and the conversation about me having to cancel as well. I brought the letter in case it had gotten “lost”. He said he didn’t need because it is in the system. He attempted to contact Candace. I call a few more times afterwards but continued to get the voicemail and still have not heard from Candace. I contacted ABC Financial as well as my bank. I will do everything in my power to resolve the issue and warn others. I WILL ADDRESS THIS EVERYDAY UNTIL IT IS FIXED. This is UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM SMYRNA!!!
Workout Anytime offers excellent design, equipment and training for all of the franchisee’s. The corporate team is always available and willing to assist if needed. So proud to represent this brand!
Impossible to reach Customer service reps. They don't actually accept their letter of cancellation They wont refund you even when you show proof They have odd hours - Every time you call the phone states that you have called past the hours of operation. Find a better, service focused gym will not recommend
Every Workout Anytime I have ever been in has been so clean, and the staff are always so kind. The service is great, the community is great, the staff is great. If you have one within driving distance of you... JOIN JOIN JOIN!
