Definitely a company in transition… So they have certain issues they are working through. We found value with service CEO… And it sounds like their newer products are more enhanced. We had an issue, but Matt handled everything properly and we are very happy with the resolution.

Scam! Scam! Scam! We tried the software for a year. The entire time we were told they would have new updates to fix issues we consistanly had. The packages features was a joke and never worked for our business. When we tried to cancel service after completing the 1 year agreement, they informed me of a hidden clause forcing us into another year with them. Good companies should NEVER have to force their customers to continue doing business with them. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!

These people are a scam and have absolutely no communication skills. Never used there product once, billed me in full, and never picked up the phone when I called Alex. If you want to get to there sales line, its easy, if you have a problem, good luck. Try any other product, youll be much happier.

I was using work wave when I found out i was going in for a kidney transplant. I was willing to work out a payoff figure , they offered me a payout figure the same week I had my kidney transplant and told me that they needed immediately and would nit work out a payment plan. Told them i just had a kidney transplant and they seemed that they didn't care about anything but getting paid. There are much better companies out that that offer the same program with more benefits for no contracts and cheaper monthly fee.

We have been a client for 10+ years. Pest Pac Software is absolutely the best in the industry. The customer service is awesome!
