I had a wonderful experience buying my new 2022 Ford Ranger from Five Star Ford Stone Mountain. The whole experience was pleasant from the start. I've never had a better time buying a car. The salesman, Michael Allen was polite, knowledgeable, and honest. He wasn't pushy in the least and had me in and out the door, with a new truck, in under two hours. He helped me get to know my truck's accessories and gave me tips on maintenance and future service appointments. I would highly recommend Five Star Ford Stone Mountain to anyone near the Atlanta area looking for a new or used vehicle. Ask for Michael Allen.
Michael at 5-Star Ford Stone Mountain was awesome! I contacted them to see the availability of a Must at Mach-E. He contacted me right away with one that he had in stock. He even sent me a personalized, live video to show me the car and some of the features. I say this because we’re located in Tampa, FL. We traded in our SUV by sending them photos of our car. The whole team was great! We setup delivery of the vehicle upon return of our vacation.
My husband and I were searching for a 2022 White Explorer Limited- very hard to find these days! We normally are loyal to our local Ford Dealership in Athens with whom we have a great relationship but they did not have the inventory we were looking for and we needed to purchase quickly as we are due with our new baby next month. My husband inquired about a vehicle on Five Star Ford’s website and was contacted the next morning by Jacob Johnson. We visited the dealership Saturday, and Jacob was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. He had the car ready for our test drive and other team members ready to assess our trade. Everyone we came into contact with was great! Jacob was overly accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for every request I had during negotiation. I would highly recommend him as a salesperson to anyone looking to shop at this dealership!
For the second time now we’ve taken our Geek Squad work van to get an oil change and for the second time we’ve gotten it back infested with ants. The first time we got an oil change was May of this year van wasn’t ready when they said it would be. This inconvenienced us and out customers for the day. And it also came back with a good number of ants inside. This time it was ready on time but came with what appears to be a full infestation of ants. We’ve never had bug problems with our van aside from dealing with this dealership. What’s really going on here? We can’t be the only ones this has happened to.
Ask for Michael Kaluta, he is the best. I walked in after work looking to buy a F-150. He was very knowledgeable and knew I wanted certain accessories and packages. Michael was able to find the exact truck I was looking for and at a good price. He had me in and out the door in just two hours once he found the exact truck I wanted. The financial guys helped me get a great rate that fit my budget very quickly. Very great team and environment. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
These guys are amazing and do a lot for my wife and I we bought 2 cars from them and the process was insanely easy. Had us in and out in a matter of a couple hours which is unheard of at a dealership. Transparent and no bs from these guys. Wahid was excellent and Z was also excellent both very professional and as always Drew Robertson was more than helpful for us. Couldn’t be happier with our new bronco and mustang!
It was the Wild West over there, the whole thing was a dumpster fire inside of a circus. Now I bet you’re wondering why I gave them all the stars, THE RECOVERY I wasn’t happy, the whole dealership knew it was BAD, a service department disaster turned into dealing with Mark and Michael dealership manager we were able to test drive both an 2019 expedition over a few days and a 2021 explorer for a few days The Expedition was the family favorite BUT she stalled at a light and John the service manager looked me in the face and promised he wouldn’t put my family in the car if he wouldn’t put his own family, and I believed him. The dealership repaired the cams and turbo, a window repair was done at my home and we’ve been happy with our purchase. Michael and Mark put up with all my harassment, from an empty tank of gas, to repair failures, and a roof rack Thanks Hoyt!! In the service dept , they listened to my big fat, smart mouth, and got the job done. My husband was happy with the trade In Amount for my 2010 F150 and they all worked together to get the new to me expedition financed under our business umbrella. Still hate buying cars, this was a beautiful recovery by a group of men that could have easily written off a loud, foul mouthed mama Special shout out to Sean Christopher!! He was so warm and friendly, he needs his own stars!!!
Received a call less than an hour ago regarding a class action lawsuit that has been filed against FORD MOTORS and this franchised dealership. A 2021 F-120 was sold to our company that had a manufacturer HOLD meaning it was not cleared to be sold due to safety malfunctions that the dealership was aware of. This is the 2nd issue of safety that our company has had with this exact dealership. We stopped in today to address the issue and management denied any possible recalls for our vehicle. Im attaching our findings below! We've also contacted our lawyer to file additional suit, but I advise any consumer to inspect the safety, proper protocol of sales, etc when trying to conduct business with this particular dealership. SAFETY IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PRIORITY FOR THE CONSUMERS IN WHICH THEY DESIRE TO SERVE.
I was in the market for an F-150 with most of the bells and whistles. I walked into Five Star Ford and was greeted by Justin Johnson. We sat down and got to work on finding a truck that fit my budget. My budget was not ideal for the type of truck I desired. Justin allowed me to test drive a couple of trucks but it became apparent that they were ultimately out of my price range. I left that day unsatisfied. Most dealers would realize they have lost a sale and focus elsewhere but Justin never gave up. Throughout the weeks 2 Weeks he continued to text me when he found a vehicle that might fit my budget. He emailed me a video of a Ford F-150 that had just arrived, the truck wasn't even in the system yet! He video recorded himself in and around the vehicle to show the specs. I was immediately interested. Came back to the dealership two days later. He was with another customer so, in an effort to not have me waiting, he had another salesman Jacob get started on a test drive and paperwork. Jacob was equally accommodating. The numbers on the vehicle were within my budget at the very top. I ended up driving out with a Ford F-150 King Ranch! Thanks Justin!
This is my third time buying a car with this dealership, and my experience is always top tier. My latest experience this week was nothing short of outstanding. I made an inquiry about a few vehicles online and my sales rep Justin Johnson was very prompt in responding to my emails and listening to my car buying needs and financing concerns. I walked into the dealership at noon on Thursday, did a test drive, financing and paperwork, and was driving home in my brand new 2021 Ford Escape in under two hours. It was a very seamless process and everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Justin and the entire Five Star team for all your car buying needs.
