Clean , good equipment and not too crowded.. price is fair
Lots of machines and cardio equipment. Dedicated room with 1 squat rack, 1 power rack, several leg press stations, and a hex bar one more squat rack or power rack would be nice. Small room for BJJ classes. Group Ex room. Ladies fitness room. Day and week passes offered.

Your basic gym nothing fancy, old reliable machines that regularly break down, place is now kept in a clean and orderly condition, better than before.. parking is getting to be a pain..make sure you read the fine prints before you sign up your yearly contract.

How is it that you offer to be open at 5 am on Friday's, and its 5:31am and theres about a good 15 members waiting for the gym to open. Among quite a few that have left from waiting for the gym to open. Dumbbells never had this issue, and i signed up for a year.
