Now here's a spot where you get good food topped with great customer service. We tried this after an unpleasant experience at Caddies. Glad we tried this spot... definitely enjoyed the Superbowl here. I believe our waiter was Mike... big guy who definitely made it a great experience. Everyone in the place was hyped at the halftime show... definitely a cool environment to grab a beer w/ good company. UPDATE: Went back just to have drinks and had the pleasure of meeting Blue the bartender. The folks working here really are the coolest and the drinks are good
Friends and Family Pet friendly. Our server Chloé was very attentive. "Famous Celebrities" are here and given space and privacy. I couldn't believe Top Gun: Mavericks Cast was here after their promos at Station Networks
food is usually great, and fries are amazing, but definitely disappointed in portion size lately. I'm not sure if its only carryout, and this isn't the first time it's happened, but to get this miniscule amount of fries for $5 is kind of ridiculous.
Katie was very friendly and personable. So many great beer options. Comfy and clean atmosphere.Service: 5/5
Best happy hour around!!! Super friendly staff with great beer selections. Specials are offered and chances to win prizes. Sign up for the WOB app and enjoy perks to trying new beer, $5 bucks off $75 spent; and sometimes free food. 10% military discount offered with ID card. Pretzel with beer cheese is addicting and delicious. Happy hour times are 3:00-7:00 M-F and there is discounted beer and food items.
Hit this place at the end of our bike ride on the Capitol Trail. Just what we needed. Didn't get any food just a few beers. Our waiter Tory was very knowledgeable and personable. Would recommend.Service: 5/5
Just finished dining at this establishment. Food was great. Beer was excellent and our server Blue was beyond top notch. If you are into different types of beer this is the place for you. If you aren't then go for the food cuz it's good too! If we are ever back in Bethesda we will visit.Food: 4/5
I usually get my food to go, fish and chips or shrimp dinner… I live nearby and frequently order at this location in Bethesda. The ONE STAR isn’t for the food but for the service from a particular bartender. On more than one occasion have I encountered bad customer service from the bartender, Peter, I believe, dark hair with a beard. He never acknowledges me until I ask for assistance. Once I even asked if he was having a bad day. I have mentioned him to a server once because I wanted the tip to go to the server and not him because of his rudeness. My most recent order through Grubhub wasn’t like my usual order so the manager said to come in for a replacement order. When I went to pickup the order, Peter, the bartender- just handed me the Togo order and walked off -- no hello or did I need anything else etc. I had a tip to give him since it was a replacement order which was a nice gesture.. I said hello I want to give you a tip. He looked at me and walked by. I stood at the bar for a short while. Even checked my food. Not one word.. I even called and asked for a manger. He got on the phone and I asked him- if he had an issue with me because I can’t understand why he is so unprofessional and rude. I have never had an issue with any of the servers or managers. All very polite and professional. Just him. He has Horrible customer service skills. I’m never rude to him or anyone in the restaurant, so there is no excuse. This actually makes me no longer want to order from World of Beers.
Great place if you love trying beers from all over the world. The staff is super helpful in pairing beers with some of your food orders.
This place is great but it could be overwhelming for picking a beer. The food is good, background music is a good volumen, servers are nice. They have the best white peach sangria in the areaRecommended dishesNachos, Chicken Wings
