For years now, I have been buying cars from World's Best Auto, and no other place compares. It has always been a straightforward process dealing with them. They go the extra mile every time to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. I have always received excellent customer service and there was never a sense of being pushed into making a purchase, like at some other spots. Worlds Best Auto… Might not be the cheapest auto place you’ll find, but the guys there will really try and work with you to do the best they can. The inventory is great and their professionalism is top notch. They won’t tell you what you want to hear but definitely give it to you exactly how it is. Just want to emphasize on their character once more. Great people. Lol they even treated my dog well….They’re the type to do long time business with for sure. This is my 2nd vehicle that I purchased from worlds best auto, I got a 2008 Nissan Altima a few years back which ran great then I traded it at a Honda dealership for a 2017 accord and that was a horrible experience makes me wish I came back to see Sam at worlds best at that point to do the trade. I have to be honest they are THE best used car dealership in Brooklyn, if you want a top quality used car great customer service no beating around the bush no one pushing you into a car that you don’t want just to make a sale no hidden fees then you need to go to this place. They will work with you no matter where you are with credit. Sam and his team were super patient with me thru this process again, as many times as I called him before I made my decision he was cool and answered all my questions without attitude. I didn’t get the car that I really wanted due to my credit but sam worked and worked and worked and researched what’s the best option for me to rebuild my credit. Like I said before they are not pushy sales people. They actually care about their customers!! All the cars on that lot are in great condition and serviced very well before being sold. And if you have any issues after you leave they will work with you and get it taken care of ASAP like they did with me! My car is a 2017 with only 24,000 miles on it and the was was amazing!! So do not go to those other crooked dealerships out there that only care about making their money. GO TO WORLDS BEST AUTO you will not be disappointed. Went and bought my first car with them and they were very nice honest people. They show you the carfax on the spot and the car I bought passed inspection. The car was in good condition and have not have any problems since. Sam also goes out his way to help his customers.A couple weeks after I got my car my passenger mirror got mess up just by leaving my car parked in the front my place and I reached out and he suggested it to buy the mirror online because it will be cheaper and I got it on Amazon and when it came in Sam was nice enough to fix it for me free at charge . Some places I called and just to fix the mirror they wanted to charge me 300$. Regardless of all that extra stuff the customer service was on point. I love my new car !!!
