Very rude and incompetent service team, plus they keep over-charging you for services without fixing any issues on the truck. Don't take your truck here. They only care about your money and keep asking for more and more without solving any issues on your equipment. Your truck would act exactly same way as you took it in and you would have spent thousands of dollars without any changes. Please by all means, stay far from these guys else you may be out of business soon
Going on over 7.5 hours I've been here for a PM. They've done two campaigns before asking me, tried to have me do an inspection, which I already had done two weeks ago, because they didn't see a sticker. Then came at me with a quote for $1000 to do other things I didn't ask for, DEF bracket I don't need. & Even now there is still someone hooked up to a laptop on it. Oil change is done, get me on the road!
I wish I can leave 0 stars. I called them as road service to install 4 new batteries on my truck parked at the local truck stop. They installed charged me for 4 but installed 3 which my driver discovered one day day later . This cause a lot of other problems . I had to tow the truck from the highway because of it . Please please stay away from this shop .

When I first walked in I immediately didn't feel welcomed. I had a DEF leakage and the lady told me it will be a day or two because we're busy. Was told by one employee they give rides to the hotels, turns out nobody wanted to give me a ride. So i walked a mile across the highway with my bags in the heat. My 2nd day in the hotel, i called to check on the status of my truck and the lady said "well we don't know whats wrong with it yet" I told her its obviously something wrong the DEF tank. She said something about a warranty blah blah blah. Anyway, on day 3 I called for the status of my truck, she said "we found out its your DEF tank" Um duhh thats what I've already known! I asked will I be able to get back on my truck today? She said im not sure but we'll have you ready by morning for sure. So after I've paid for another day at the hotel, I get a call 1 hour later saying my truck is ready! Money down the drain. I dislike this people here and i mean it from the bottom of my heart.
High recommended after my truck sat at another dealer for 4 weeks untouched I took my truck here to be looked at within 2 days the tech Alex had it diagnosed found that it needed a new engine and had a engine ordered.Very professional service kept me updated every step of the way!!
I was broke down and stranded....I called all around to see who can get me taken care of, at least a week they all said. I called into worldwide and they said we can arrange tow in and check it out with in 24 hours. They got me fixed up in a timely manner. Great service !!!!! Highly recommend
SCAM AND RIP OFF. WORST EXPERIENCE FOR REPAIRS AND COST EVER EXPERIENCED. My first review was removed. $11000.00 FOR CLEANING DPF DOC AND REPLACED TURBO. 5 days. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE. The GM said he would give an update in 2 hrs. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. THE MECHANIC BROKE SHIFTER AND THEY NEVER FIXED IT. $1300.00 IN MISDIAGNOSIS $513.00 to fix coolant leak that was not fixed.
This service department is top notch. I wish I could carry these guys with me everywhere I go. They not only addressed my main problem, but also found an issue that was creating an ongoing problem that I didn't even know of. While some places will point out things that don't really need to be addressed just yet, the guys at Worldwide will only press you on problems that will put you out of service. Thanks Caleb and team!!!!
