Our expert massage therapists are at the top of their field and include deep tissue, trigger point work, energy work and balancing. The ability to coordinate their services with our physicians is invaluable to you.
RESTORATIVE YOGA

This form of yoga is for everyone and improves flexibility, decreases tension and improves balance. It is geared toward you personally and in conjunction with our other services produces wonderful results.
FEET BALANCING

Our precise computer system scans each foot, produces a scan producing an illustrated, detailed report addressing any irregularities in the weight bearing tendencies of your feet. If any concerns are found, custom-made spinal pelvic stabilizers can be ordered directly.
NUTRITIONAL COACHING

Understanding healthy eating and supplements is an important part of wellness. Our coaching includes workshops, trips to the grocery store and in-home meal preparation.
