WOW Carwash

Been a membership member since WOW coming to the valley and this location is THEY worse. They don’t have attends by the entrance and when the girl shows up she starts having some attitude with me about where is my sticker. you should have that sticker and i have been using my QR code because I didn’t know or was never sent one and has been working every other locations. So at 1:04 PM 1/09/24 whomever on duty with the entrance long black hair, Hispanic, was extremely rude and NOW i’m cancelling my TWO WOW memberships at $720 a year. I’ll be giving my money to LUV where they give you drying towels to use and there wax is so much better and there air fresheners are better then the store bought ones. I don’t need some persons personal ish taking out on me for not having the sticker haha. You get my Money every month so that’s all that should matter but, honestly ruined my afternoon and I hope you lose more money. I referred you to so many people and now I’m letting them know this situation. Life’s hard enough it’s a freakin carwash, just push the button and don’t talk to me in any way, and especially snippy.

I like doing laundry, Snuggle, hangers, Tide and all. I really like washing my 20 year old car maybe twice a week at WOW car wash. Staff is cool, the process is efficient and satisfying. Remember, it is more important to look good than to let car pull a “Mickey Rourke” on you!

Got my complimentary car wash and it was great! Also discovered their vacuuming stations! AND carmat vacuum machine. Amazing! And they're free! WOW

i just left the wow car wash on craig / rancho and i am very dissatisfied with the quality of my car wash. i purchased the basic wash for $7 and after exiting the wash to use their complimentary vacuums, i noticed that the hood and roof of my car was not cleaned at all. it looked exactly the same as before i went into the wash, which is weird considering they use soap and water. in the photo attached, you can clearly see the the dirty car still in the parking lot of the car wash. $7 isn’t enough money for me to complain to an employee who doesn’t make enough money to listen to me, but be warned if you have a similar car shape to mine your car might come out of this car wash looking the same as when it went in. this is the second time this has happened. the first time i figured that someone with an extra dirty car went through before me, and i decided to give them a second chance. i will not be returning to this car wash or any wow branded car wash in the future.

Always comes out clean and spot free. Car had water spots on top. After a wash they where gone. Highly recommend just at times I notice when I get the tire shine. It never comes out with a shine not, sure if they don't fill it all the time. If not I would give them a 5

This was my first time taking my car there, she was dirty so it was time for a wash! Brian Garcia was so helpful, walked me through it all! I will be going back to tho car wash! My car came out so clean and shiny! Thank you all for your wonderful amazing help!! Best car was ever!!

Great job on washing my car. And it was free! The female employee was very nice and helpful. I'll definitely go back to the Rancho/Craig location.

Well,when they 1st.opened 2 yrs ago,it was the !!!They'd brush the front off of ur. car ,the VACUMS worked really well...But now!!!=They quit brushing,the vacuums SUCK!!=Went down hill..FAST!!! STICK W/FABULOUS FREEDYS!!!Belive me!!!Hey=I live right around the corner from WOW=I'M still going to FAB FREEDYS ON ELKHORN/DURANGO!!!Don't go to the 1 on CRAIG,unless u.have A SLEEPING BAG!!

WOW Car wash provided a beautiful car wash. This is the best drive thru car wash that I’ve been to. The vacuum is powerful enough to get the dog hair out of the carpets and matts. Clean facility! Easy to give 5 stars! Good job WOW!!Service: Vacuuming

It's very explanatory when you drive through about the process and what they cover. We had just come back from a trip to Texas and had dead bugs all over the grill and front window. After going through the carwash all the dead bugs were gone. The few that were left just needed a little toweling and came right off. Will definitely go back.
