I have been pleased with Wright state dermatology from the beginning. I get great personal care from physicians who listen and are good at providing answers to my questions and explaining what is going on with my health. They are a teaching facility so expect more than one doctor at a time.

Medical assistant didn’t know basic ma roles. Or terminology. Didn’t see a physician, saw a Physician aid, waited months for this appointment for a mass growing on my face. Didn’t touch, or really look at it. Said I was fine to call a plastic surgeon.. left feeling more insecure about the mass growing on my face than coming in.

If I could give this place zero I would. Customer service is horrible, the dermatology doctors are very condescending, and billing has been a nightmare. Take your time and look someplace else.

Prescribed me the same wrong medication which made my symptoms worsen, TWICE. You’re better off treating yourself than seeing these guys.

Just a glance at my moles? Your fine .But all was very kind .

Terrible experience. If you have any concerns about your skin, do not waste your time going to see Dr. Greg Palmer. He will glance at you, and tell you that you are fine, without even checking your concerned areas. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism during my appointment.
