I've been going to this place for 10 years, they never disappoint! Their food is authentic. You can really tell they use fresh and good quality meat. The seasoning is savory and perfect. All the drinks are made by the owner who put in a lot of energy and effort to always learn new drinks. Great place, great flavors and very good services. One tiny drawback is it's a little dark in there and I have bad eyes so I had a bit of a hard time reading the menu but overall excellent experience
One of my favorite restaurants in Boston. The food are super authentic and the taste in general is good. Strongly recommended!!! Don’t understand why it is underscored. The front desk waitress Rebeca Yu is super welcoming! Love the food and the serving so much!!!
Very delicious ribs -- juicy and tender. Their specialty dish the grilled fish was quite flavorful. Service was good too!
The wow special spicy flavor strip bass is so fantastic! We tried it ! The waitress is friendly and speak English and Chinese, that helps and recommend the japan draft beer for us that was good too, definitely would back with my family.
Outstanding freshness. Beyond high quality, the best cauliflower, healthy, flavorful so well balanced. Competitive pricing and above all it arrived piping hot from grub hub. The general Gao combo very good portion white rice very fluffy, has an authentic Chinatown taste at a fraction of the cost. Please visit this cozy establishment you will not regret. I will be ordering this signature healthy tasteful crave worthy roasted cauliflower very soon
My best restaurant in Brookline! Surprise me every time. Love the fried rice and grilled fish. Will come again.
One of the best Chinese styled barbeque places. They have lots of different variety of skewers and my personal favorite is the squid and lamb. Fun fact, they actually started out as a food truck if I remember correctly and they at the time specialized in Chinese styled barbeque lamb, so I had to try it. Did not disappoint.
Very good roasted fish. Staff is really nice and friendly!Recommended dishes
Hmm so we ordered scallops and they weren't cooked all the way through, so had to send them back. The lo mein was actually tasty, but the bbq skewers were pretty disappointing due to lack of flavor and dryness. The saving grace was the very strong drink. Oh and the Cranberry juice was $4. Thats insane! A whole carton of Newman's Own Lemonade costs about just as much. I think there were only two employees in there at the time: 1 chef and 1 bartender. Maybe this is a late night drunchies type of place.
truly authentic Chinese cuisine! Amazing food. The homestyle braised pork is truly good with rice, and the grilled fish is spot-on!
