As an ex-owner it not only understanding the cost of ownership but the cost to exit. Wycliffe dues and Homeowner Association Fees are getting very expensive but when we resigned our membership they also retained a fee of 20% of our equity ($4,800) for just doing some paper work plus a cut of 15% for the IRS.
