They did ok. When I go get my nails done I’m expecting a relaxing experience. It’s my “me”time. It was not relaxing at all. I was rushed . I got a pedicure. The lady who did my nails burned me trying to take off my gel polish. She cut me with the cuticle remover because she was going so fast and not paying attention. They kept asking if I wanted my hands done too. I told them I’m not interested lol. But they were nice and took me and my sisters as walk ins so 2 stars. Now named Paris nails. Slow down! People come here to be rushed !

Very unprofessional. Was waiting almost 15 mins past appointment time and i had another appointment after. Today was my birthday and i came with my boyfriend. Guy that was doing my bf kept staring at him and I rudely, and my bf had to keep asking him if he was okay. No answer. I was burned by the water when i first dipped in and guy turned on the cold water for the rest of the time so my feet were soaking in cold water , lady wasnt even done with her session yet and when me and my bf decided to just up and leave she wants to rush to get up and tell me sit back down, NO. Wasnt even offered a towel to atleast dry my feet, And they charged us $10 just for the 10 mins we were there guy only scrubbed one FOOT. And cut his toenails HORRIBLY , I didnt get my session done but i will never come back here again. Definitely not a welcoming place, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. If i can give 0 starts i would.

I went In with pretty furry eyebrows so that they could get evenly done. I ended up with a hack job and didn’t realize until I got into my car. But at this point a chunk of my eyebrow is missing a refund won’t do much considering they charge like ten bucks secondly they didn’t even bother to ask how I wanted my brows but I assumed they would follow my arch and shape I had. Never again ever! I don’t know if y’all can see the picture but I highlighted where my brow should be . I look like someone who traveled back to the 1990’s for eyebrows. So to the lady who did my brows I’m coming back for an explanation on how you could hack someone’s brows so miserably and checking credentials because there’s no way your licensed. if it helps I attached a chart to help you.

My girlfriend and I got pedicures and neither of us walked away happy. She got a basic pedicure, no polish and the guy that did her toes clipped them horribly. I got a gel pedicure and the lady rushed on my feet so much that she polished my feet poorly. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my pedicures so for me it was very disappointing. I also had to ask her to do things that come with a basic pedicure. They were both nice, hence the two stars, but the quality of work isn’t worth the money we spent.

Seemed very racist. I brought my daughter in to get her nails done, there was hardly any customers, but me and my daughter sat there waiting to be served for about 35 minutes.. in comes a white woman and her daughter, they sat down for about 10 minutes and they were assisted before we were. I felt that there was no need to complain, we just simply got up and left. They will not get any of my money.

If you’re a perfectionist like me you may want to try someplace else. Very nice staff but quality of work is less than par.

My wife went here and had a horrible experience. She came home crying because the service she received was absurd. Summary of events: 1. The technician used a GRINDER on her cuticles rather than a cuticle cutter, causing so much pain my wife pulled her hand back. 2. The gel is so thick, it looks like toenails on the tip of her fingers. 3. The technician used scissors to cut her fingernails rather than fingernail clippers. 4. My wife wasn't even allowed to dry her nails. The technician held her hand in the air to apply the last coat. Then, immediately sent her to get her eyebrows waxed with a, "you're done." And shooed her off. 5. The wax for the eyebrows caused significant pain. It was unacceptably hot. 6. She was the only one in there. A second customer came in and was told to come back. The second customer had been there previously and pointed out a gentleman sweeping the floor who'd done her nails prior. The main trchnician argued that he doesn't do nails. Raising licensing issues. We're definitely bringing this up to the department of health.

Absolutely will not be returning. I’m new to town and saw a sign advertising $20 full sets & pedis... I went in, got a pedi & a fill in. Both with gel polish. I was expecting it to be about $50... get to the register and my total was $73!!! Not to mention, a week later my GEL polish is chipping and coming completely off. I’ve NEVER had that happen before. Also, the lady who did my pedi was very nice but she is not great at her job. I’ve never had a pedicure that hurt until this experience. Needless to say, don’t fall for the advertisements, & don’t waste your time or money.

I asked how much a gel fill and nail replacement would be She said $30 Then it was $38 plus $4 for replace and my length Asked how much the pedi was $23 Then it was $28 cuz she swore up and down I had gel on my toes which I didn’t it was a regular polish French toe Then she wanted to charge me during my fill when I switched to regular polish $8 to take off the polish I had on ...ummm isn’t that part of the fill price???? Never again!! They swore up and down I had gel on and I didn’t !!!

Lovely people but I went in for a service I'm paying for . I'm a former nail tech so I have more than idea of how it goes . A day later my pinky chipped the top coat was on my cuticle which is going to cause the nails to late chip . The color was not even through out the nails and hang nails in almost all my nails. I felt the need to now say something beacuaer it's not like I went for free or cheap service. I also got my eyebrows done and we both agree that I would ONLY be getting a clean up not new shape or size . I also know how to wax eyebrows bc like I mention worked in a salon for 5yrs but I also like to get pampered and I know eyebrows are never going to be exactly alike but this was noticeable that I got asked by two different people who did my eyebrows because it was noticeable how different they are .
