Horrible treatment of elderly people disabled and terminally ill. They have given false information that have led to the death of the elderly and disabled from a siezure. They are not trained and informed well with services that are offered in Wyoming and not accountable for mistakes they make. They give inaccurate information when they don't know the answer to questions instead of saying they don't know and Jane to check with someone that does know.
